Dazzler Range

This is an area full on of roads and tracks which will take the unweary round in circles, not an over big area but good easy going four wheel driving. Some driving will be also in the Asbestos Ranges All terrains will be experienced as the scratch stuff is little, some sandy and small stones but certain tracks will be long water holes which are not deep but slippery. Use 1:100 000 topographic map Tamar will help. Good views of Port Sorell and River Tamar from the elevated hill driving. More than one vehicle is advisable

                                               Trowutta Arch

The Trowutta Limestone Arch is located in the Trowutta Caves State Reserve. Use 1:100 000 topographic map Arthur River. Once you are at the township of Trowutta, only a few houses here, drive straight ahead. Then on the left a Road called Reids Road appears, turn left into it S41 02 490 E145 04 919. Then about a kilometre on the right take the road called Reynolds Road. Driving a few kilometres this road  turns 90 degrees left take that turn  called Guns Road and not the overgrown track on the corner. Then just as you enter the bush at S41 04 119 E145 06 387 there in a small sign. Parking  space is scarce as you nearly have to park on the road. Not much traffic here. Mostly level walking not hard could be slippery under foot at about 15 to 20 minutes walking casually. You do not need a four wheel drive as yet to arrive at this spot. Good little interesting spot we show interstaters
